WHAT: I have been involved in extra learning opportunities in 2016
SO WHAT: I have been in...

• School sports, I have done Netball for winter sports.
• Gymnastics, I have been to a school gymnastic comp.
• Dance, Dance is on at lunch time in the hall.
• ICAS, I have not done my exam yet but I am doing english.
• Wet day monitors, I am a sub if anyone is away.
• Run, Bike, Run, We have been doing lots of sport things this year.

NOW WHAT: I need to improve on my School Sport.

WALT: I have been learning a range of multiplication and division strategies.
SO WHAT:
we have been doing family facts like so...
5 times 4 = 20
4 times 5 = 20
      so...
20 divided by 5 = 4
20 divided by 4 = 5.
NOW WHAT:  I need to learn more times tables to help me more with my division.

Chinese

W.A.L.T: We are learning to speak a different language

SO WHAT: I have learnt how to count to ten in Chinese and identifiy different fruits and meats

NOW WHAT: I want to learn about more food

SO WHAT: We had to create a collage about a habitat in New Zealand. I did the ocean

Reading

WHAT: We have been learning about habitats. 

SO WHAT: My reading group has been learning about desert habbitats.

NOW WHAT:  My question is... How do some animals live so long without water?

My ANZAC Learning

In room 10 we have learnt lots about ANZAC day and we have done lots of ANZAC tasks.
One of the things we did was an ANZAC Writing task we had to write about What ANZAC day Is, How We Commemorate and Why We Commemorate. We also did an ANZAC alphabet that task was the most fun. This is what we had to do...

and then you do that for the rest of the alphabet.
I had lots of fun Learning about ANZAC day.

My Writing for term1

In writing we have been writing a set of instructions for a game and a chore you do at home. Then every day after lunch we do SSW, SSW is a time were you do silent writing about anything you want. Then we do a chart called a PIM chart
