Precepts 3

      "Have no friends not equal to yourself"

                                         

 I think it means...

Everyone should have the same rights as everyone else, otherwise it will be very unfair and you don't get to have all the rights you want to have. Some people might want to do something that you always get to do and people should at least have a try at things.

Spelling ❤️

This week I have been doing spelling for my SRL learning.

WALT practice our spelling and get a buddy to test us ;)

I learnt to think about what letters I'm going to say and think before I start spelling, so I don't say: Umm? Ahh?

NS: try get all of the words correct 👌😊

SRL / SDL

WALT: Do tasks Independently

So what?: I learnt to do lots of things by myself

Now what?: do it a bit more faster

Māori

WALT: pronounce our māori properly 

So What: I learnt lots of new foods in māori

Now What: learn a lot more food

Our Writing Goals

In writing we have been set a goal. My goal is to use paragraphs. This sheet was for our Easttle writing

 

Walt: use our writing goal in all our writing

So what: I learnt how to use our paragraphs properly 

I'm proud of: all the high numbers I got

Next step: use paragraphs in all my writing

My Monday morning

On Monday morning I woke up from the sun thinking that it was Sunday I looked at the time and date on my IPad it was Monday! I got up as fast as I could but I was still very slow.

I went to the lounge to say "Hi" and to grab my school clothes up to my room I went again then I got dressed.

Then I made my lunch it was a very boring lunch because all I had was two thing for morning tea,one thing for fruit break and one thing for lunch.Then I had breakfast two weetbix was all I had.

I ran over to the bathroom to brush my teeth I usually take forever but I was almost running late so I was very fast.

I got my Nanny to do my hair because she is very fast at doing my hair.

 Then finally put my shoes on then get my iPad and play MSP 

That is my Monday morning 

ANZAC

In room 5/6 we have been learning about ANZAC. ANZAC stands for Australia New Zealand Army Corps. We learnt about Simpson  and his Donkey. Simpson used his donkey as an ambulance going up and down the hill. ANZAC day is on a weekend this year so we get a public holiday.
